Ms. Joyce
Hi everyone! I am Joyce and am currently a year four student studying politics and law at HKU. I am Singaporean but I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I have experience teaching children from kindergarten, primary and secondary school. I love interacting with kids and my belief is that children’s interest should always be of paramount importance. Hence, my primary goal is to make students fall in love with English. It is also important that they feel comfortable and confident enough to share and interact with each other. I am super excited to meet your children and have as much fun as we can with English learning.

Ms. Glycel (South Horizons Branch)

I am currently a final year student at HKU with a Major in Psychology and have previously attended Marymount Secondary School where my enthusiasm for the language grew as a Literature student. I have been an English teacher for 3 years with experience in teaching preschool to secondary school students as well as children with special needs. My teaching philosophy is to be open, flexible and inclusive as possible, to create an interactive learning environment where learners can actively participate. I believe that students learn English best when they are allowed to make mistakes with the encouragement to learn from them which is the atmosphere that I like to adopt in all of my classes.
